Sales Account Manager

We are seeking an Account Manager (Sales) to establish enduring and reliable connections with our clients. The Account Manager (Sales) will be responsible for managing a designated customer portfolio, generating additional business from current clients, and proactively identifying new sales prospects. This position will be under our creative agency unit (Figure).

Job Description:

• Acquire new clients for creative agency
• Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
• Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
• Generate reports on account status
• Guarantee the punctual and effective delivery of our solutions in alignment with client needs and objectives

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree of business experience, management or related

2. Experienced as Sales/Business Development/Account Manager in creative agency

3. Strong written and verbal communication skills

4. Having sales DNA; farming and hunting new prospect

5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

6. Capable of utilizing financial data for decision-making
