Responsibilities
Looking for new Client
Assistance to the team all events in Indonesia
Brainstorming and implementing event plans and concepts to Client
Coordinating and negotiating with vendors, negotiating sponsorship agreements, handling logistics, acquiring permits, managing all staff (event planners, caterers, etc.), managing all operations and promotion strategy for the event, and taking the initiative to address any issues that may arise
Creating event feedback forms, assessing the event's success, and preparing reports
Make sure all the administrative process done properly according to the company regulations
Qualifications:
Having at least 2 years of experience working as a Sales Event Specialist especially in Agency or EO Industry
Fluency in English is required
Able to examine issues, be systematic and proactive to discover the best solutions and make prompt, accurate judgments during projects or even on the day of the event
Dependable and used to working in the field
A strong network with a variety of production vendors
Excellent time management, multitasking, organizational skills, and great communication and negotiation skills
Familiar with Google Workspace (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides) is a plus
